At present, Thailand requires a YELLOW FEVER CERTIFICATE from persons who have been to or have come from the following countries as from February 1991:

C	CAMEROON, CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC, CHAD, COLOMBIA, REPUBLIC OF CONGO, DEMOCRATIC OF CONGO, COTE D’ IVOIRE
E	EQUATORIAL GUINEA, ECUADOR, ETHIOPIA
F	FRENCH GUIANA
G	GABON, GAMBIA, GHANA, GUINEA, GUINEA-BISSAU, GUYANA
K	KENYA
L	LIBERIA
M	MALI, MAURITANIA
N	NIGER, NIGERIA
P	PANAMA, PERU
R	Rwanda
S	SAO TOME AND PRINCIPE, SENEGAL ,SIERRA LEONE ,SOMALIA ,SUDAN, SURINAME
T	TANZANIA, UNITED Rep. of TOGO
U	UGANDA
V	Venezuela
