If the applicant does not have his/her
own bank statement, please submit the Affidavit of Support
with the bank statement of the person who supports the applicant.
If using Online Bank Statement, it must
show applicant's name and balance.
The visa fee is $30 per entry for Transit
Visa/$35 per entry for Tourist Visa. (No multiple entry)
The
fee must be paid in the form of MONEY
ORDER or CASHIER’S
CHECK only payable to “ROYAL
THAI CONSULATE GENERAL LOS ANGELES”. Cash,
Credit Card, Personal or company checks are NOT
acceptable.
If an applicant wants to have passport mailed
back , a self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient
postage ( Recommened using USPS $16.25 Express mail / NO FEDEX
, NO UPS ) must be included for the return of passport
